    Policy Change
    Review of information obtained on a policy change application which typically entails the increase of coverage or addition of a rider to the original coverage. Underwriter judgment would determine if additional information would need to be requested and reviewed in order to make this determination.

    EKG Interpretation
    The review of a resting or stress EKG by one of our medical directors including detail regarding normal or abnormal, and if abnormal, what the specific abnormalities are.
