3. Do you own your branches/locations or do you sub-contract out to franchises or outside vendors?

4. Can you handle fulfillment of supplies or do you expect examiners to bring the necessary supplies themselves?

5. Do you own a lab or do you partner or sub-contract to complete your lab work?
