Heritage Labs is a CLIA licensed and CAP certified medical laboratory that specializes in the testing of samples collected in remote locations. Our lab runs comprehensive wellness profiles that can be customized for each client, and are designed around tests and assays that maintain their integrity when collected and shipped from remote collection sites. We also offer a broad range of add-on tests that can be generated based upon the participants age, gender and blood chemistry results.

We process specimens the same day they are received at the lab. Results are sent out electronically at night in a variety of electronic formats.

Customized statistical reports are available for each client to describe their participant demographics and to compare those demographics to a large database of similar results.

We also own the Appraise SM product line of FDA approved at-home collection kits designed specifically for disease management programs. We currently offer collection kits and testing for Hemoglobin A1c, Microalbumin and a comprehensive Lipid panel. As an FDA-registered medical device manufacturer, we make and assemble our own disease management collection kits which can be customized and privately labeled for each client.
